On pressure and letting go

I saw the first lambs out in the fields this week.

Something I learnt when we moved to the The Country™ was that the seasons keep time in a completely different way than I’d previously imagined. Truth be told, some years, working in London, working late, commuting, I barely noticed the shifting seasons, bar the odd extreme hot or cold day here and there.
